Elena Sanchez is studying her BMus at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance studying under the recognised teacher and soloist Rivka Golani.

She started learning the viola at the age of 8 under the tutor Roger Gonzalez. At 18, she finished her studies in Barcelona at the Badalona Conservatoire under the renowed teacher Ashan Pillai.

In 2012 she was awarded a scholarship to study at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

She has received masterclasses with Martim Outram, Roger Chase, Ofer Falk, Allegri String Quartet, Wihan String Quartet and the Endellion String Quartet.

She is a very active chamber musician, performing in venues that include the Wigmore Hall, Kings Place and Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest,

She was awarded a scholarship to continue her master studies at Trinity Laban Conservatoire.
